after the dis assembly and clean up, this is what I had sitting in the drive way for better than an month

after the money was accumulated and the parts(most) purchased, I started the reassembly beginning with greasing the wheel bearings

the birfield axles took forever to clean out. I didn't separate the inner shafts so that make it quite a bit harder.
here they lie cleaned and fully packed with moly grease ready to slide in to the axle housing.
