In 1993, Frank OBrien approached Darryl Dickson (a local 4WD mechanic) with the idea of forming a 4WD Club in Rockingham, with-in the PCYC. The first meeting of the club was in May 1993 at the Rockingham PCYC. Slowly over the next few months, the club started to form and the first committee was elected. Frank OBrien - President, Darryl Dickson - Vice President and a few trips were set up for the coming months.

The club provides a means for people, especially families, interested in four wheel driving to meet each other. We organise many day and camping trips in the Pilbara region and social events like sausage sizzles, roo stews, formal dinner and Christmas dinner.

The Range Rover Club of Australia (Victoria Branch) offers driving experience, technical assistance and camaraderie second to none. Our magazine, Torque, provides valuable insights into four wheel drives, the Australian Bush, events as well as items for sale and other facilities of the club.

The Raymond Terrace Four Wheel Drive Club Inc. was founded in 1985 to foster and promote Four Wheel Driving. The aim of the Club is to make Four Wheel Driving enjoyable for any person with any type of 4WD.

The Range Rover Club of Australia (NSW) Limited is a recreational four-wheel-drive club. The purpose of the Club is to unite people whose common interest is the Range Rover or the Land Rover Discovery. Membership is open only to owners or principal drivers of these vehicles.
